1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

2 Eligibility Requirements

3 Account Registration and Verification

• Proof of address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your registered GCash or PayMaya account)
• Source of funds documentation for accounts with high-value transaction volumes

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by jil16 may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution of the verification process.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil16 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. jil16 will never ask you for your password. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made using a payment method that belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being frozen and returned to their source where possible.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6 Gameplay Rules and Game Integrity

6.1 Game Availability

6.2 Random Number Generation

11 Account Suspension and Termination

jil16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Duplicate account detection
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (a monthly inactivity fee may apply after this period; specific rates are disclosed in the payment terms)
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion order
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2

In the event of account termination for a verified breach of these Terms, jil16 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last registered payment method within a reasonable period.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
